Sparkling Tea Rose
The Sparkling Tea assortment from Althaustee just got bigger! Enjoy the bubbles and the brut flavour, without the alcohol!

Why do we love bubbles so much?

The gentle pop when we open a bottle. The delicate fizz as we pour into a beautiful glass. Tiny bubbles rise to the surface, almost as if they are celebrating before we say cheers.

Great taste, maximum celebration, no alcohol!
Great taste, maximum celebration, no alcohol!

Bubbles make us smile! They signal that something special is happening. Whether we are celebrating a birthday, a wedding, a dinner with friends, or the pleasure of reaching a goal together, a glass of something sparkling adds a little magic to the occasion. But who says those bubbles need to come with alcohol?

Carbonation does more than create a pleasant fizz!

The carbon dioxide in the bubbles stimulates sensory receptors in our mouth and gums, which creates that lively, tingling sensation we associate with freshness and excitement.

Add beautiful aromas, a balanced acidity, and a complex flavor, and our senses have plenty to enjoy.

We often associate sparkling drinks with happy occasions, shared moments, and celebration. Even the sound of opening a bottle can create a sense of anticipation.

So yes, bubbles can make us feel good. And when the drink itself is delicious, the experience becomes even better.

Althaus Sparkling Tea – A new kind of cheers!

For those of us who appreciate fine tea, Sparkling Tea offers something particularly interesting. Tea has an extraordinary ability to bring complexity, structure, and depth to a drink. Depending on the type and how it is processed, tea can contribute floral, fruity, vegetal, mineral, structured, and gently astringent notes. These are qualities that make a sophisticated sparkling drink so enjoyable, especially when paired with food.

Althaustee now offers two different expressions of Sparkling Tea: Blanc and Rosé

Sparkling Tea Blanc – elegant, floral, and refreshing

Blanc combines a dealcoholized white wine cuvée with two beautiful teas.

Tie Guan Yin Oolong contributes body, roundness, and depth, while Jasmine Green Tea brings delicate, elegant floral notes. The result is a refreshing, sophisticated sparkling drink with the complexity we appreciate in a well-crafted tea. Available in 75 cl bottles.

For those who prefer something a little more fruity and floral, there is Rosé.

Here, South African rooibos meets a dealcoholized rosé wine cuvée.

Rooibos provides a naturally rounded, fruity body and pleasant depth. Whole rosebuds contribute an elegant floral character, while lemon verbena adds freshness.

Hibiscus, rosehip, apple, and berries complete the composition with lively, fruity nuances.

And there is another lovely detail: Rosé is both alcohol-free and naturally caffeine-free, making it a particularly versatile choice for celebrations at any time of day. Available in 75 cl and the smaller 37.5 cl bottle — perfect when you only want a glass or two.

Both Blanc and Rosé are made in a Brut style, meaning they are pleasantly dry rather than sweet.
