Having tasted several premium sparkling teas, including those from leading well-known brands, Mariusz's conclusion was clear: Althaus Sparkling Tea offered the most attractive overall flavor profile, combining excellent aromatic purity with remarkable balance.

Inspired by these elegant flavors, Mariusz created a refreshing summer mocktail called Elderflower Garden. Please find the recipe below!

Elderflower Garden

Ingredients

• 100 ml ALTHAUS Sparkling Tea

• 20 ml elderflower cordial (a sweet, concentrated syrup made of elderflowers)

• 20 ml fresh cucumber juice

• 20 ml Verjus Blanc (juice of unripe, green grapes)

• Ice

Method: Build all ingredients over ice in a chilled white wine glass and stir gently to combine.

Garnish

• A ribbon of fresh cucumber

• A sprig of fresh mint
